Henry Winkler Loves Making TikTok Videos With Grandkids

Henry Winkler, known to many simply as “The Fonz,” enjoys being with his grandchildren and even loves creating fun and silly social media content with them.

Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok are often wastelands filled with profane and negative content. Typically, avoiding those sites and platforms is a good rule of thumb. However, sometimes those platforms can be used for good, like helping a loving grandfather bond with his beautiful grandchildren.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Henry, in an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, talked about his grandchildren. He told the Oscar winner he is the proud grandfather of six. They range in age from 2 to 14.

He went on to mention that one of the activities he enjoys doing with his grandchildren is creating TikTok videos. He confessed that they usually make them during the holiday season.

Henry even gave Jennifer and the studio audience insight into how the videos generally come together.

“The oldest granddaughter, India, always picks the music,” he said. “And then, she is the main thrust of our TikToks.”

Going to the theater near the location of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is another activity he enjoys doing with his six grandchildren. He hilariously and jokingly mentioned that whenever he and his grandchildren visit the theater, they always stop by his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for a little cleaning.

“When we go to the theater, I like to go to the theater,” he said. “I like to take them to the theater. My star is under the portico of the Pantages Theater, and each one of them. And we started when they were really little, and, and in their pockets, each one has a toothbrush.”

Later in the interview, Henry mentions how action star Sylvester Stallone helped him develop the voice for his iconic character on the beloved television series Happy Days.
