She breaks down what "sustainability" actually means, and talks about her passion for reducing waste and consumption, emphasizing the importance of products that align with our values and support ethically sourced materials. She highlights some of her favorite products, and reminds us of the significance of considering the impact of our purchases on the planet and human quality of life. Suze advocates for a lifestyle that embraces simplicity, avoiding processed foods and synthetic materials, and instead, choosing products that honor our connection to the earth.
