We live in a fast-paced, high-demands culture that constantly tells us to do and be more. As a result, many of us have developed a hurried, high-stress lifestyle. But our minds, souls, and bodies weren’t designed to live on overdrive. If we’re constantly running from one task and responsibility to next, with little to no down time, then we’ll likely see our anxiety levels rise. But there are some easy ways to break this cycle and counter our stress. This, in turn, increased our inner calm.
