Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. Courtney was a homeschool mom of two. She and her husband were leaders in their church. When Courtney learned her husband was having an affair life the way she knew it was over. She fought hard for her marriage but there came a point that divorce was the only option. On Bridges Courtney shares her journey on how to get back up after life knocks you down. It’s not about how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up. Here are some steps to help you rise after a setback:

  1. Acknowledge Your Feelings: It’s okay to feel down. Give yourself permission to process your emotions.
  2. Reach Out for Support: Connect with friends, family, or a mentor. You don’t have to go through it alone.
  3. Set Small Goals: Focus on achievable steps to regain your confidence and momentum.
  4. Practice Self-Care: Prioritize activities that nurture your body and mind—whether it’s exercise, meditation, or a hobby you love.
  5. Reflect and Learn: Assess what happened and how you can grow from it. Every setback has a lesson.
  6. Stay Positive: Surround yourself with positivity and affirmations. Believe in your resilience.

Remember, every great comeback starts with a single step forward. Keep moving, keep believing, and you’ll emerge stronger. #Resilience #neveralone #KeepGoing #StronginChrist Romans 8:28
