Young kid dancers, Lily Straughan (11) and Joseph Chow (8), wowed the judges on the BBC TV competition, Greatest Dancer. The duo possesses a grace and talent well beyond their years. And their contemporary dance routine was so moving, it had the judges in tears!
It’s hard to believe that these young kid dancers have only been working together for three months. But after seeing another young dance couple on the series last season, they decided to try out themselves on The Greatest Dancer.

This British show follows dancers of all ages and genres as they compete for prize money and the chance to appear on Strictly Come Dancing.
At first, a wall hides the dancer from seeing the audience. But the crowd and judges watch the dancers on video screens. As they start to perform, the audience can vote on the audition. If more than 75 percent of the audience likes the dancer, the mirrored-wall will open and the dancer moves on to the next round.
Before the doors even opened, the audience was cheering so loudly to these young kid dancers as they performed to ‘Rise Up’ from Andra Day.

The emotional routine even left judge Cheryl in tears. You can see her turn from the camera to wipe away the tears running down her face.
There’s no doubt that young kid dancers Lily and Joseph have a natural talent for dancing. And today, the world was able to see their incredible gift.
They easily moved on to the next round and they were actually the first act to be chosen as part of Team Cheryl. I have a feeling that we haven’t seen the last from this tween duo.
