Man Gets Cut Off While In Line For Lottery Ticket And Ends Up Winning A Million Dollars

A man gets cut off while standing in line for a lottery ticket and ends up winning a million dollars.

For Florida native, Stephen Munoz Espinoza, it had been a long work week and a rough day when he stopped off to buy a scratch ticket. And the last thing he expected was rudeness from a complete stranger who cut him off in line.

"Instead of saying something, I decided I'd just buy a ticket at the counter instead, he recalled

He wanted to say something. He wanted to tell the person ahead of him that he was already in line, waiting for his turn. But instead of saying anything, Stephen decided it wasn’t worth the effort and let it go. He stood patiently in line. He had no idea God intended to bless him anyway. That’s the incredible thing about God. We may think our moment of receiving blessings is out of our grasp because of unforeseen circumstances, but God works all things together for our good.

Rude Encounter Leads To Man Winning A Million Dollars

When Stephen finally reached the counter, he purchased a scratch-off ticket and to his stunning realization, the ticket was a winner. He stood there holding a one million dollar cash prize in his hands. "I can't believe I won a million dollars!" he said

No matter the situation, Stephen’s moment of winning a million dollars is a reminder that patience is a vital part of trusting in God as our life circumstances. You and I can turn to God for strength to wait on his timing and plan in every area of life. May Stephen’s family be blessed richly with the cash prize.

“As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is truly life,” 1 Timothy 17-19
