Get Ready To Meet The Sweetest Unlikely Pair!

But their tragic beginnings brought them together, and from it, a beautiful -- albeit unexpected -- friendship was born. It's an unlikely pair so precious that our hearts can hardly stand it! [caption id="attachment_23996" width="750"] Credit: Facebook / Santuario Igualdad Interespecie[/caption] [rsnippet id="3"] The two were rescued from their perilous circumstances by the Santuario Igualdad Interespecie (Interspecies Equality Sanctuary) -- a rescue sanctuary for farm animals in Chile. And once they are, the two formed a special bond.
[caption id="attachment_23999" width="750"] Credit: Facebook / Santuario Igualdad Interespecie[/caption] Poor Marina was abandoned in the street as a newborn kitten. But thankfully, she was rescued by a Good Samaritan. When she arrived at the sanctuary, she was so sick they were unsure as to whether or not she would survive. But her rescuers did everything they could and the brave little kitten pulled through!
[caption id="attachment_24000" width="449"] Credit: Facebook / Santuario Igualdad Interespecie[/caption] Laura was born into the meat industry on a factory farm, where she would have been raised until it was time for her to be taken to the slaughter house. But fortunately, she was rescued and brought to the sanctuary instead. Much like Marina, it was uncertain as to whether or not Laura would survive. But thanks to the care and attention she received at the sanctuary, the little piglet pulled through as well!
[caption id="attachment_24001" width="750"] Credit: Facebook / Santuario Igualdad Interespecie[/caption] With Marina and Laura being cared for at the same time, it wasn't long before the two met. And these scrappy survivors quickly over looked their interspecies differences and became fast buddies.
