A community comes together to give a $6,000 tip to a 70-year-old Taco Bell employee, and it will warm your heart.
Joe Decicco was a valued employee at Taco Bell for the past two decades. The community knew him as one of the nicest and sweetest people they knew.

So, they decided to reward "Taco Bell Joe" by giving back for all his years of good service.
Community member Tricia Phillippi helped organize the big life-changing event.
"He truly is the kindest, most gentle, most wonderful man. He makes driving through Taco Bell an actual experience. His spirit is just magical." Tricia said.
"The original prize was a $50 cash prize, But after I saw all the comments that were coming through about the kindness that you've been giving people for more than 20 years, making all of us your friends and giving us exceptional service, on the behalf of the foodie review page and all of your friends here within your community, I'm so proud to present you with a cash prize of $6,095. Thank you for your amazing customer service and for being friends to all of us, Happy holidays, Joe.” Tricia then presented the check to Joe.
The beautiful act of kindness overwhelmed the 70-year-old Taco Bell employee and he even got a bit choked up!
Joe responded with gratitude to the outpouring of love for him.

"This job has been an enormous blessing to me. It has brought out the best in me with the wonderful customers that we have, they gave me strength. They give me wisdom. They give me vitality." Joe said. "And these wonderful people have been true to me for Christmas. They have put grace into my Christmas,” Joe shared as he began to get emotional.
Raj Gohill was one of Joe’s supporters. He shared, "You could have the worst day, by the time you get through the drive-thru there, you're just smiling."
It’s safe to say that Joe now knows just how much his service and positive attitude mean to others.
