It Looked Like No One Was Coming To Her Son's Birthday Party So The Community Stepped In

One mom’s heart broke when she received zero RSVP’s to her son’s birthday party. Sadly, no one responded that they would attend her son’s birthday party, and that’s when the community stepped up.

All parents just want happiness and inclusion for their kids. Imagine watching your child’s excitement turn to sadness when none of his friends show up for his birthday party.

Stone Reynolds couldn’t wait to turn seven and celebrate the big day with his classmates. His mother Alexandra Reynolds had planned the perfect party for her lego-loving boy.

But the day before her son's birthday party, Alexandra hadn’t received any RSVPs from Stone’s classmates.

Upset that her little boy would be celebrating his birthday alone, she posted about her son’s heartbreaking situation on a Facebook community page.

She was surprised by the overwhelming response she received from other moms and people in her community who all pitched in to throw Stone a second birthday party. And not just any party, but an unforgettably cool one with the whole community helping him celebrate!

“I was so thankful because a lot of the moms, they understood exactly where I was getting at,” she said, “and I’m just grateful for everyone that came together and is here today.”

The whole community came together to salvage her son's birthday party. They created one of the best birthdays a little boy could ask for which included some pretty cool activities like carnival games, zip-lining, and launching pumpkins into the air.

“I just love the fact that the whole community of Henry County and surrounding counties came together to make this little boy’s birthday special,” said community member, Amanda Barnes. We couldn’t agree more! God bless everyone who showed up to help Stone feel loved. Happy birthday Stone! We are sending you birthday blessings and best wishes virtually.
