Wouldn’t it be amazing to be able to throw your parents a surprise vow renewal? I imagine that to be one of the most sentimental things an adult child could do for their parents. Darrell and Teresa Funk have been married for 25 years. As their anniversary approached, their son wanted to make sure this was a moment they'd always remember. But as they approached the front door to the venue, they found out that they just arrived at their surprise vow renewal to celebrate their 25^th wedding anniversary. Family and friends are waiting inside for Darrell and Teresa to come in. Nicely dressed in a suit and tie, their son explained to all of their guests what was going to take place. He informed them that are not walking into his graduation party but into their vow renewal. His mom looked at her husband in utter shock. “What?” she says, and then begins to cry as everyone walked in and clapped for the couple. It was such a special moment.
