The two amazing male vocalists of The Singing Contractors are leading us in the worship with the classic hymn ‘Take My Hand, Precious Lord.’ And this is praise at its finest!

Contractors Aaron Gray and Josh Arnett became overnight sensations back in 2015 when they posted a video of themselves singing ‘How Great Thou Art’ on a job site. (Watch the video here on Godtube)

Since that time, The Singing Contractors accumulated millions of views online and continue to spread God’s message through music. And today, they stop their painting job to give praise to the Lord with ‘Take My Hand, Precious Lord’.

Making A Joyful Noise

This hymn is the perfect song to compliment the unique vocals of The Singing Contractors. And the acoustics of the house truly make this a sound like no other.

Rev. Thomas A. Dorsey wrote the lyrics to this iconic song in response to the death of his wife and infant son. Since that time, many artists have lent their voices to this powerful tune.

“Precious Lord, take my hand

Lead me on, let me stand

I am tired, I'm weak, I am worn

Through the storm, through the night

Lead me on to the light

Take my hand, precious Lord

Lead me home”

The Singing Contractors are currently signed to Gaither Music, but they still like to take it back to where it all began by singing on the construction site. It’s such a refreshing take on this special hymn.
