Samantha Ann Clark, a teen with terminal brain cancer, shares the heart-wrenching reality of her final days.

Samantha doesn’t know how much longer she has and is trying to live what little life she has left in the best way possible.

Her legacy will be her videos. "This is how I have dreamt of leaving my mark on the world, by sharing my story with all of you guys," she said.

Typically teens dream of graduating high school, and going off to college, but not Samantha. She dreams of having a good day here and there to enjoy what little time she has left.

She’s shared her story with the world and has amassed over a million followers on social media, and she appreciates everyone who’s watched her videos.

"I want to thank each and every one of you who have been helping me get it out there and who are following along. This is how I want my legacy to be. I've always dreamt of people listening to my one-of-a-kind story," she said

In the meantime, Samantha Ann Clark is making the most of each precious day despite her body being riddled with pain. One of the things on her bucket list she got to accomplish was marrying the love of her life, Brayden Gottfried. They had a small, meaningful ceremony surrounded by friends and family.

Now that she’s in hospice, she spends most days sleeping, taking medications, and making videos.
