Nikki Cameron
Paddy Leishman is an amazing musician and the way that he sings is so soothing. Many of his listeners are taken away by his voice, especially when he gave a beautiful song tribute at his Uncle’s funeral.
It is never easy when you lose someone you love. So, it was a very difficult time for the family and friends. Paddy’s Uncle Phil was loved by many and they will miss him so much. Paddy wanted to pay a lovely tribute to his uncle, and he did it in a way that came most naturally to him.

He pulled out his acoustic guitar and began to sing. The song he sang was Kodaline’s, “All I want”. And it was so beautiful. He has an incredible voice. I know it brought comfort to everyone who attended his Uncle’s funeral.

Just read these beautiful lyrics:
All I want is nothing more
To hear you knocking at my door
'Cause if I could see your face once more
I could die as a happy man I'm sure
When you said your last goodbye
I died a little bit inside
I lay in tears in bed all night
Alone without you by my side
But If you loved me
Why did you leave me
Take my body
Take my body
All I want is
All I need is
To find somebody
I'll find somebody
'Cause you brought out the best of me
A part of me I'd never seen
You took my soul wiped it clean
Our love was made for movie screens
But If you loved me
Why did you leave me
Take my body
Take my body
All I want is
All I need is
To find somebody
I'll find somebody
All I want is nothing more
To hear you knocking at my door
'Cause if I could see your face once more
I could die as a happy man I'm sure
What a beautiful way to honor a loved one. Who else was touched?
