Family's Hilarious Pollen Musical Parody Is Too True
The Holderness family never fails to crack me up. This incredibly talented family always puts their fun quirky spin on the day to day issues we all deal with. And this time they are putting their own spin on the problem of spring pollen. See the Holderness crew takes classic songs that we all know and love and they write parodies. Living in the South the family knows that the joy of spring comes with one massive downside, the pollen. If you’ve never lived in the South you can’t really understand just how very bad the pollen is. There are hilarious photos everywhere that share the struggle of every spring in the South. This one is my particular favorite. Pollen In The Air Phil Collins Parody Holderness Family credit: youtube.com The Holderness crew decided to share their own issues with pollen with a parody of the Phil Collins hit ‘In The Air’. The classic drum solo from this song is instantly recognizable and I found myself starting to giggle as soon as I realized that this parody was going to be about pollen. Pollen In The Air Phil Collins Parody Holderness Family credit: youtube.com The video hilariously opens with the line “I can feel the pollen in the air tonight.” And every lyric that followed was just too true that I couldn’t keep it together. The one line that really got me was when he sings “Gonna wait until it’s raining to go outside.” Pollen In The Air Phil Collins Parody Holderness Family credit: youtube.com I can remember so many times as a kid waiting for the rain to wash away the pollen so I could stop sneezing and just play! Oh my stars this is just too perfect. Do other pollen suffers feel their pain? Which line did you think was the most painfully true?

Today's Devotional

A Prayer for Unity in the Church This Christmas - Your Daily Prayer - December 22

It’s easy to take offense when someone hurts you, or you’re frustrated with where you are in life, and it seems as though everyone around you is thriving. But, when we take an honest look at ourselves and see how God loves us (1 Corinthians 13), we realize we have no right to hold any grudges against our brothers and sisters.
