Strangers Find Hidden Cash Gift in Baby Products and It's All Because of One Couple's Journey

As a new parent, would you be blessed or surprised to find a hidden cash gift in baby supplies you just purchased as a store? I think it would be a true blessing! At Targets all over California, strangers find hidden cash gifts in baby products and it’s all because of one couple’s journey.

In an Instagram post captioned, “Being a parent can be tough! Before I founded @milkymamallc, we often struggled to make ends meet. So, Hubby and I went to various Target stores in Southern California and hid money in baby items,” wrote Krystal Duhaney.

Self-proclaimed Mompreneur Krystal and her husband remember what it was like to barely make ends meet while caring for a newborn. They remembered the struggle of ensuring all their children’s needs were met while attempting to keep a pile of bills in check.

But now they’re giving back and paying it forward with kindness and generosity one dollar at a time.

Giving Back To New Parents

The video she shared on her Instagram feed initially opens as they are walking into Target.  Now that Kyrstal Duhaney has a successful, small business, she wanted to shine a light for other struggling parents by hiding over $1,000 in baby products.

The video then shows the pair safely stuffing a hidden cash gift in the openings of diaper boxes and under the lids of baby formula. The mom of two also made sure they didn’t tamper with any of the products to ensure safety.

Can you imagine being a parent who had to make the choice between buying diapers or paying the electric bill, only to find $20 extra dollars? I would be in tears and thanking God for someone’s generosity.

Her post then went viral, garnering over 87,000 likes and hundreds of comments thanking them for their generosity. But Krystal and her husband Patrick didn’t want the recognition or praise. They are hoping their hidden cash gift will encourage generosity in others and inspire others to find other creative ways to spread kindness too. God constantly reminds us that it’s better to give than to receive because it’s the acts of undeserved and unexpected acts of kindness that helps us spread God’s love to others when they need it most!

"We hope that the parents that purchase these items have a brighter day when they find our gifts," she added.
