Dolly Parton and Olivia Newton-John teamed up to perform Dolly's hit song, 'Jolene.' Sadly, Olivia passed away before the duet's release. But hearing these two powerhouse singers together is a beautiful tribute to Olivia Newton-John's legacy.

This classic hit was made popular by Dolly herself. In this version of the song, she is singing alongside the late Olivia Newton-John.

"My last memory of Olivia was when I sang with her on my song 'Jolene'," Dolly said. "Olivia, may you rest in peace. You left a spot that no one else will ever fill."

A Touching Duet Of 'Jolene'

Dolly begins by introducing the song and shares how the two artists have stayed friends over the years, and both love the song “Jolene.” They decided to do a duet together for Olivia’s upcoming project. Olivia Newton-John shared that she is excited because she has always wanted to sing with Dolly Parton.

The two begin their song. And it is stunning. Olivia begins, and Dolly harmonizes. It is a different twist on the song, catering to Olivia’s own personal style, with Dolly’s original. Olivia sings so calmly and happily. Dolly sings with spunk. We even see some moments of people wearing COVID masks in the studio, and of course, Dolly has her own special pink mask.
