Late Father Writes Letter To His Daughter On Wedding Day
15 years ago this father wrote the most beautiful letter to his 8-year-old daughter Emily. The letter was meant to be read to Emily on her wedding day. Sadly, Emily's father passed away from cancer 20 days after the letter was written. But, Emily's mom made sure to keep it somewhere safe so when the time came, Emily could read her fathers words. Fast forward to 2017. It is now Emily's wedding day. During the wedding, a close family friend surprised Emily with the letter her dad wrote. As Emily listened to her late father's words, she couldn't help but get emotional. Tears rolled down her cheeks as her father wrote, "I remember when you were just starting to walk and what it would mean to walk you down the aisle". It really hit her hard that her dad wasn't able to be there in person to share this incredible day. A Prayer for Unity in the Church This Christmas - Your Daily Prayer - December 22

It’s easy to take offense when someone hurts you, or you’re frustrated with where you are in life, and it seems as though everyone around you is thriving. But, when we take an honest look at ourselves and see how God loves us (1 Corinthians 13), we realize we have no right to hold any grudges against our brothers and sisters.
