A young woman has been returned to her father after missing and being kidnapped two years ago.
Most parents would agree that time away from their children is nearly unbearable. Even a weekend of separation can feel like a lifetime away for a loving, caring parent. Of course, the child's age and the length of the absence/separation between the parent and child play a role in these feelings.

Knowing the immense love a parent has for their child, James Williams’ extended time away from his daughter, Majesty Williams, must have been agonizing. He did not see the 6-year-old for two years after she was kidnapped in April 2021, according to WSB-TV.
Andrea McCord, and her boyfriend, Custodio Guerra, took Majesty during a supervised visit. The pair took the child to Mexico, where she was ultimately found and located by U.S. Marshalls.
The abduction took place during one of the mother’s supervised visits. Then James, WSB-TV reports, was doing yard work when he later learned that his daughter was gone.

The Smyrna Police Department in Smyrna, Georgia, stated that they never gave up on the case, always looking for leads. They also worked with several other agencies to find the young lady, according to a social post from the department.
Then, after missing for more than years, law enforcement officials found Majesty and the kidnappers in mid-July. They were in Mexico, nearly 1,500 miles away from her home in Georgia, according to Fox 5.
On July 16, James had his long-awaited reunion with his little girl. He has his child back in his arms, hugging her at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Our detective said she teared up a lot during several different interactions that she saw between the dad and the child,” Meredith Holt, a lieutenant with Smyrna Police Department, said.
Officers arrested Andrea McCord and Custodio Guerra, Fox 5 reports. They now face charges for interstate interference with child custody.
Thank God the child was found safe and is now back in the loving arms of her father!
