Reba McEntire Expresses Heartbreak Over Passing Of Billy Graham
On February 21, 2018, the much beloved Evangelist Billy Graham went home to be with the Lord at the age of 99. And as the world continues to mourn the loss of this incredible man of God, Reba McEntire and many other celebrities react to Billy Graham's death on social media. Billy Graham was a true crusader for Christ. In fact, according to his obituary, he brought the Gospel to over 200 million people at more than 400 of his Crusades and rallies. He knew all along he was merely "traveling through this world" before going home to Heaven.
"The moment we take our last breath on earth, we take our first in heaven," Billy once said.

So, she took to Instagram to share the heartache of losing such a religious icon, as well as express gratitude for the many years he spent shepherding souls to Christ. On the day of Billy's passing, Christian musician David Crowder posted a powerful Billy Graham quote on Twitter, a reminder that because of Jesus, death doesn't get the final say.
"Someday you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God."

Country star Tanya Tucker echoed this sentiment in her Facebook post, calling Billy “the greatest preacher (teacher) in our world.” She also shared a personal memory of how Billy Graham prayed for Tanya's father when he was sick.
