“We are constantly fed on a daily basis these images of what ‘beauty’ is. And I don’t really think that there’s a beauty standard. We’re all so different and we’re unique and that’s what makes us beautiful,” Candace Cameron Bure's daughter, Natasha, shares. “I think it’s so important to embrace that. But a lot of times when you are fed these images, it can kind of get to your head and you feel like you’re not good enough and you start comparing. I always say, ‘Comparison is the thief of joy’ and there’s no fun in that.”
Natasha goes on to talk about taking control of toxic thoughts.

“I have to be really conscious with my thoughts,” she explains. “I’m not saying that I’m perfect and I don’t ever compare myself, because that would be a total lie. But I do try to be really conscious about my thoughts and make sure that they’re positive and uplifting and that I’m feeding that same energy out to other people so they don’t feel like they should ever compare themselves to me.”
There is a main message Candace Cameron Bure's daughter often shares with her fans. She tells them to be the best version of who God made them to be. Natasha says it is the best thing you can do for yourself.
“My overall message has always just been, throughout all my platforms and my life in general, is to be the best version of you that you can be. God made us all so unique and I think that’s beautiful and that’s awesome. And it would be such a waste to try to spend so much time being someone that you’re not, and not embracing all the qualities that were given to us that are different than the person next to you,” she shares. “I think that if you wake up every day and you just strive to be the best person that you can be, that’s just the best thing that you can do for yourself.”
