As much as parents may want to push their kids into the Christian faith, it's a choice they must make on their own, And Candace Cameron Bure offers this advice:

“Pray, pray, pray for your children every day of their lives,” she stressed. “Just as importantly, walk the talk yourself! You are your children’s biggest and brightest example.”

Candace went on to explain, “How you handle the hardships in attitude and character by praying, submitting to God, and honoring the Lord in your decisions speaks volumes to your kids, even if you don’t think they see it at the time. Be the example you wanted to have growing up. God is faithful, even when you aren’t.”

Natasha marks the last of her siblings to be baptized. So now, all three of Candace's adult children have “professed their faith, love, service and devotion to Jesus Christ; Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Savior of the world.”

It's a huge moment for a parent when their child makes the choice to walk with Christ. Though parents can do their best to raise their kids to love God, it's ultimately up to each individual to let Christ into their hearts. And in today's culture, it can be tough to break through the many other voices competing for their attention.
