She once said, “I live by faith in everything, in everything that I do, and every aspect of my life. So it’s not just something that I rely on or is a crutch. I mean, it is genuinely who I am. How it helps me? It’s hard to say because it’s just a part of my being.”

In the background, you can hear her spin instructor shouting inspiration about "humility" plus moody lyrics from the Matchbox Twenty song Candace is blasting.

"Exercise is so good to release your emotions. It's ok to ugly cry," she adds in the video's text.

Candace she didn’t want anyone to be alarmed or concerned. She knew she was having a rough day and chose to work it out through the form of exercise. "I felt so much better and brighter afterwards!"
