Kristin Chenoweth added that she enjoys singing for all faiths, which she says gives her the opportunity to spread the message of God’s joy and love.
“I love to sing for all kinds of faiths because I believe that we worship a God who is loving,” she said. “And if I can spread that joy, as much as I can, then I’m going to try because that was one of the things God told me when I was a little girl.”
Later in the interview, she mentioned that God also pushed her to talk publicly about an extremely personal part of her life because of what it may do for others.
